Eduardo Schaal has been working as a professional Illustrator, CG Artist and CG Art Director for more than 20 years for clients in the US, UK and Brazil.
Since 1999, Schaal focused his career on the concept design and art direction for Visual Effects, Motion Graphics and Animation, being part of the staff of important studios like Fabrica de Quadrinhos, Trattoria Filmes and 422 South and working on several distinct projects such as commercial films, music videos, award winning short-movies and award winning documentaries for clients like: BBC, NatGeo, History Channel and advertising agencies.
After 2 years living in Bristol, UK, between 2008 and 2010 he is back to Sao Paulo, Brazil, working as a freelance artist for clients like Prodigo Films, Oca Filmes, Vetor/Lobo and Glaz Cinema.
His digital illustration work has been published in books, magazines and websites around the world.
Eduardo lives with his wife, Manoela. He loves to travel, take pictures (quite good), cook (ok) and play the guitar (not that ok) .
